  • 2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 6 pieces Skewers (wooden or metal)

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Cut the chicken breasts and beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.
