  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch serving dish or similar-sized platter.
