Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 units Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Milk (optional, for brushing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.
