Ingredients

  • 4 medium Zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and trim off the ends. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4-inch thick.

Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Thinly slice the green onions and set them aside for garnish.
