  • 10 Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and set them aside in a large bowl.

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the teriyaki marinade.
