  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together tequila, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the glaze mixture.

Season the chicken thighs on both sides with smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
