  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cups Tequila
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice

  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 12 ounces Linguine pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine tequila, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 3

While the chicken marinates, cook the linguine according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
