  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Yellow bell pepper
  • 400 grams Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 10 Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 slices Crusty bread (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken tenders with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Set aside.

Thinly slice the onion and garlic. Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into strips. Dice the tomatoes, or use canned crushed tomatoes for convenience.
