Ingredients

  • 2 pieces black tea bags
  • 500 ml water
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 pieces fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 pieces orange slices
  • 3 pieces lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Boil 500 ml of water in a small pot or kettle.

Step 2

Add the black tea bags to the boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags.

Step 3

Stir in honey while the tea is still warm to ensure it dissolves completely. Let the tea cool to room temperature, or refrigerate for faster cooling.

In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea with the orange juice and lemon juice, stirring to mix well.
