  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 small Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a tava or large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Mix in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
