Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna in water
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 3 tablespoons Dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 eggs Optional: hard-boiled eggs

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and transfer it to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Flake the tuna with a fork to break it into smaller pieces.

Step 2

Finely dice the celery, red onion, and dill pickles. Add them to the mixing bowl with the tuna.

Step 3

Chop the fresh parsley and, if using, dice the hard-boiled eggs. Add these to the bowl.
