  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine warm water, honey, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, add the whole spelt flour and salt. Mix well to distribute the salt evenly.

Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the bowl with the flour. Mix with a wooden spoon or your hand until a shaggy dough forms.
