  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch, to ensure even cooking.

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, coating them evenly.
