Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the beef stew meat with salt and black pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
