  • 6 slices bacon

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it's crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain, then roughly chop. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease in the skillet.
