  • 0.5 cup chicken stock
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon (finely chopped) fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped shallot and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until softened and fragrant.
