Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cups Olive tapenade

  • 2 fillets Anchovy fillets
  • 1 unit Egg yolk
  • 4 slices Prosciutto slices
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the prosciutto slices flat on top. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Remove and let them cool, then break into bite-sized pieces.
