Ingredients

  • 300 g White chocolate
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1.5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried apricots
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Colored sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to make removing easier later. Set aside.

Step 2

Finely chop the dried apricots into small pieces.

Step 3

In a large microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Step 4

Stir the desiccated coconut, Rice Krispies cereal, dried cranberries, and chopped apricots directly into the melted chocolate.

Step 5

Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Step 6

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Press down firmly using the back of a spoon or a piece of parchment paper to create an even layer.

Step 7

Sprinkle the top with the colored sprinkles (if using) for a festive touch.

Step 8

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm and set.

Step 9

Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the White Christmas slab out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and slice into 12 equal squares or rectangles.

Step 10

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
