Ingredients

  • 120 grams plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pieces burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mint chutney
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 8 pieces sliced cucumber
  • 8 pieces sliced red onion

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala powder, cumin powder, paprika, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1 inch thick. Set aside on a plate.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, cook the chicken patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature of the patties reaches 74°C (165°F).
