Ingredients

  • 1 (approximately 8 ounces) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 (for serving) French baguette or crackers

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap it tightly in the foil.
