Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium, diced onion
  • 1 medium, diced green bell pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 14.5 ounces (canned) diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup, sliced black olives
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces, uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon.

Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
