  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, diced

  • 2.5 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
