  • 0.5 cup Corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips, crushed
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it up into crumbles, until browned and fully cooked, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the cooked beef. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the seasoning is fully incorporated. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
