Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 0.25 cup diced green onions (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

Add the taco seasoning and water to the cooked beef. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and well combined.
