Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1.5 cups Salsa
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Enchilada sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop them from cooking further. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into crumbles. Drain any excess fat.

Step 4

Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Stir well and cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the seasoned ground beef, 1 cup of salsa, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and green onions. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
