  • 1 medium English cucumber (finely diced)
  • 4 stalks Green onions (finely sliced)
  • 0.25 cups Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 cups Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground allspice (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Place the bulgur wheat in a heatproof bowl. Pour the boiling water over it, cover with a plate or plastic wrap, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until the water is absorbed and the bulgur is softened.
