  • 1.5 tablespoons chili oil
  • 4 stalks green onions, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
  • 2 liters water for boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt for water

Directions

Step 1

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, tossing with a little vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
