  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small skillet, toast the Szechuan peppercorns over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then crush them lightly using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon.
