Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flatbread (such as pita or saj)
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac spice
  • 1 piece Tomato, thinly sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the shredded mozzarella cheese, parsley, mint, chili flakes, and sumac. Stir until well combined.

Step 2

Lay a piece of flatbread on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the cheese mixture evenly over one half of the flatbread.

If using tomato slices, place a few slices on top of the cheese mixture.

Fold the other half of the flatbread over to create a semi-circle and gently press down.
