  • 2 cups Beef broth

  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

After cooking your steak, reserve 2 tablespoons of the drippings in the pan. If there's not enough, use an equivalent amount of butter.

Step 2

Add the butter to the pan with the drippings and melt it over medium heat.
