Ingredients

  • 20 medium caps Button mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup (shredded) Swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (freshly chopped) Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set aside the caps. Finely chop the stems.
