Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 rolls each) canned crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (finely chopped, optional) parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles as per the package instructions.

Step 3

Arrange the triangles in a circular pattern on the prepared baking sheet with the pointed ends facing out and the wider edges overlapping in the center to form a ring.

Step 4

Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the overlapping center portion of the dough.

Step 5

Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each triangle, ensuring the cheese slightly overlaps the center.

Step 6

Layer a slice of deli ham over each piece of cheese.

Step 7

Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the wider edges in the center, creating a ring. Press gently to seal.

Step 8

In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder.

Step 9

Brush the garlic butter over the top of the dough and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for added flavor and presentation.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 11

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
