  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 cups Mixed greens or lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook the chicken breasts in the preheated grill pan for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
