  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

  • 0.25 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 as needed cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes until they are just tender. Drain and set them aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
