  • 1 loaf baguette
  • 200 grams Swiss cheese
  • 50 grams unsalted butter

  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick rounds, about 12-16 slices depending on the size of the loaf.

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle both sides with olive oil.

Bake the slices in the oven for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are lightly golden and crispy.
