Directions

Step 1

Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit. Separate the stems from the leaves. Chop the stems into 1-inch pieces and roughly chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant but not browned.
