Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs

  • 0.75 cups Granulated sugar
  • 3 units Large eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until the texture resembles wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. Set aside.
