  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup White vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (canned, drained)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined but do not overwork the mixture.

Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
