  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic until combined. Set the sauce aside.
