Ingredients

  • 4 links Sweet Italian sausage
  • 3 cups Butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and diced)

  • 1 large Yellow bell pepper (sliced into strips)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat a grill to medium heat.

Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12x18 inches, and set them aside.
