  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cups Pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cups Evaporated milk
  • 0.75 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0 Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
