Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle it over the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt over the potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
