  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Peel the sweet potatoes and use a spiralizer to create long noodles. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
