  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar (for optional glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice (for optional glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest until evenly combined.
