  • 6 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 2 pieces Ripe pears
  • 0.5 cup Cranberries (dried)
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder on both sides.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
