  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 cups white rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the chicken thighs by trimming any excess fat. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into bite-sized chunks. Dice the red onion into similar-sized pieces and set aside.
