Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cups Shredded green cabbage
  • 2 cups Shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into thin strips.
