Gradually add 250 grams of flour and mix until the ingredients form a crumbly dough.

Remove the baking dish from the oven and let the lemon bars cool completely in the pan. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to fully set.
Once chilled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the lemon bars out of the baking dish. Place them on a cutting board and slice into 12 equal bars.
