Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef chuck roast
  • 2 packets Italian dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 6 whole Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini juice
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Place the beef chuck roast into the crock pot.

Step 2

Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix packets evenly over the roast.

Step 3

Add the brown sugar on top of the roast, spreading it evenly.

Step 4

Pour the beef broth and pepperoncini juice around the beef in the crock pot.

Step 5

Place the whole pepperoncini peppers around the roast for extra flavor.
