Spread 1 tablespoon of red pepper jelly evenly over one side of each of the 4 slices of sourdough bread.
Layer 3 ounces of cooked turkey breast on two slices of bread, over the jelly.
Add 2 ounces of Brie cheese on top of the turkey for each sandwich. Trim the Brie rind if desired for a milder flavor.
